I am writing to dispute a charge from FreeShipping.com

It was for $71.88 on Jan 20, 2007 . I have tried to contact the merchant but they've been avoiding contact. I read that I should dispute in writing and now I am disputing it online too at CreditCard.org. It's in the Google search engine as well for the world to see.

Please clear this up asap.
